You must be 18 years or older to commission from me.

My commissions are selective. I have the right to refuse your commission requests if they are outside of my comfort zone.

My commissioned works are for personal use only, meaning you cannot use them for unauthorized commercial purposes [ie. profitable merchandise], unless we have mutually agreed upon a commercial type commission [fees apply].

I retain all copyright over my works, meaning I am allowed to use the artwork in my portfolios and social medias [ie. Twitter], while giving credit to you and your character design, unless specifically requested that I do not [additional fees apply to commercial type commissions].

COMMERCIAL USE: You agree to properly credit my Twitter or website where your commission is being used for profit.

You are not allowed to copy, trace or edit my work in any way unless you have spoken with me directly for permission.

You may use commissioned artwork for profile icons, profile banners, wallpapers & other graphics [ie. cropping] as long as some form of credit is given.

You have the right to publish, use and promote the commissioned artwork wherever you want, as long as you use the proper credits to the artist [ie. my website or Twitter].

You are not permitted to use my artwork for NFTs as well as any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency. I do not support this and you will be blacklisted.

You may not use my artwork for AI generation or anything else related to AI. I do not support this and you will be blacklisted.

EMOTES: You are allowed to have your commissioned emotes animated by another artist, as long as you contact me beforehand!

All prices are in USD and are provided via PayPal invoices. You are responsible for currency conversion.

Payment is required upfront before starting your commission. I allow 48 hours after accepting your application, for you to make a payment, before I will discard the request.

OPTION: You have the option to pay half upfront and will receive a sketch. After you have approved the sketch, you must pay the remainder of your invoice before I continue with your commission. Please discuss this option with me further! This only applies if you have contacted me first about payment, otherwise payment will be expected in full.

If a payment plan has been agreed upon and I have started your commission after the first deposit has been made, I will not refund you your first deposit if you back out of the payment plan for your current commission.

I retain all commission forms, communications of commissioned work and payment information.

You are required to provide all photo references and details before filling out my commissions form.

If I have accepted your request, I will contact you with a quote regarding your commission and we will further discuss any other details.

I will send you an invoice to your PayPal. I will not start your commission until you meet the payment requirements for your commission. If you are paying half upfront and a sketch is provided from me, you are required to pay your invoice in full before I proceed with completing your commission.

Initial sketch WIPs will be sent to you for approval. This is where I allow minor changes to your commission without extra cost, so please be thoughtful of what changes and corrections you may have [ie. facial expressions, arm positions, etc]. You cannot request additional changes after this step! Choose your feedback carefully! Don't be afraid to communicate with me.

In the case that major changes need to be made [redrawing the image, redrawing entire poses, etc] will result in additional fees.

I will send out further WIPs of your approved sketch including: finished lineart, flat color stages.

Once everything is approved accordingly, I will finish your commission based off my queue. [please ask me if you have any questions about this!]

Wait times are between 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the complexity of your commission. By commissioning me, you agree to my wait time. You are allowed to inquire about further updates as long as you remain respectful and patient. Harassment is not allowed and will result in me denying your future requests.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for a sketch and 2 weeks to 3 months for a rendered piece.

By ordering a commission for commercial use, you obtain the rights to use said commission for instances where you would be profiting off said commission.

The total price of the commission will be reviewed and agreed upon upfront.

In cases where you are receiving profit via a platform from posting my art [ie. YouTube, Twitch, Business Cards etc], reproducing and selling my art, publicly or privately, are considered commercial use.
